Warehouse Associate Lead

Maersk Warehousing and Distribution USA LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate Lead to oversee and participate in the processing of merchandise and/or information required to effectively accomplish shift goals on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Lead and direct others
• Assign and assist with workload, monitor work progress, and resolve routine issues
• Ensure all work areas, tools, and equipment are clean, orderly, and in safe operating condition
• Ensure all safety rules/procedures are followed throughout the facility
• Strong understanding and ability to use various systems
• Ability to train other colleagues on systems
• Use of terminal and/or a Radio Frequency (RF) handheld or equipment mounted hardware
• Forklift certification required
• Ability to lift/handle cartons weighing 40 pounds, occasionally weighing up to 75 pounds
• Operates propane and forklifts as needed
• Performs job-related duties as specified by management
