Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to process and verify shipment documentation, track incoming freight, and prepare packages for shipments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Serves as the point-of-contact for processing and verifying shipment documentation, tracking incoming freight and preparing packages for shipments.
• Verifies accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documents.
• Supports the Customer Service and Yard Operations teams with data entry, reporting and customer communication.
• Coordinates documentation for incoming freight.
• Monitors and tracks incoming containers and inventory accuracy.
