Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Manufacturing Lead to join our Manufacturing team at our aerospace and defense manufacturing facility. This role emphasizes the CNC programming background, but is an opportunity for an individual to build their career as a high-value Manufacturing Supervisor.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in aerospace CNC machining, with demonstrated expertise in CNC programming and setup.
- Strong proficiency with Mastercam, or Fusion 360.
- Deep understanding of G-code, GD&T, blueprint reading, and aerospace tolerancing.
- Experience working in AS9100/AS9102-regulated environments.
- Proven ability to estimate machining time, material requirements, and tooling needs for quoting purposes.
- Familiarity with various aerospace alloys (e.g., titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum).
