Job Description
The Permanency Supervisor will provide direct supervision to Permanency Specialists, Coordinators, and/or consultants across SWAN service lines in Philadelphia & Allegheny county offices, and lead unit meetings and provide ongoing case consultation and guidance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work or related field preferred
- 1 to 2 years of experience working directly with children and families in the areas of foster care and adoption
- At least 1 years of direct supervisory experience with children and families in either job related or volunteer experience preferred
- Current Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License
- Access to an insured, registered vehicle that can be used for employment
