Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Accounting Outsourcing Team. This team specializes in providing accounting and financial services to Japanese companies expanding into the United States.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of accounting manager experience
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and solid oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent technology, research, and analytical skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in both Japanese and English
