Requirements

• Must remain at machine for duration of shift
• Perform secondary operations on molded parts
• Shut down machine in emergency
• Clean auxiliary equipment
• Identify and understand material tickets
• Safely answer alarms on machine
• Shut off water to mold in case of large leak
• Collect first shots and last shots
• Complete Production Orders and Machine Cards
• Use limit samples/workmanship standards
• Understand and perform rework procedures
• Work overtime as needed
• Maintain clean, organized and safe working environment
• Perform duties with positive attitude
• Participate in group and individual training
• Support and encourage safety culture
• Report any issues to supervisor
