Payroll Coordinator

The Payroll Coordinator supports the payroll team by performing high-volume, transactional payroll tasks to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of administrative, payroll, or data entry experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic understanding of payroll processes (or willingness to learn)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
