IT Generalist

Join A2Z Sync as an IT Generalist to help maintain the company's technology infrastructure, support employees, and leverage AI tools to work smarter. The role is based in Denver, CO, and requires 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration. Responsibilities include identity and access management, endpoint and device management, IT asset management, office and AV support, new hire onboarding, and employee offboarding, as well as general IT support and AI-augmented IT operations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in an IT support or systems administration role
• Working knowledge of SSO solutions, particularly Okta, and familiarity with Google Workspace
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Familiarity with EDR and MDM solutions (e.g., SentinelOne, Mosyle, Entra)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra concepts, including Azure Active Directory and Conditional Access
• Experience with IT asset management — procurement, inventory tracking, and hardware lifecycle
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Microsoft Copilot in day-to-day workflows
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a hands-on, proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment
