AAA - Emergency Roadside Driver

Driving and operating of a service vehicle, performing simple diagnostics/troubleshooting on vehicles, and providing an outstanding customer service experience. Participating in AAA discretionary annual incentive plan or other incentive plans.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
• Two years of experience in a customer contact role
• Vocational technical automotive training/certification or equivalent experience (preferred)
• ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) Certification (preferred)
