Manager, Marketing Platform Operations at AAA will lead a team responsible for operational execution of digital marketing tech stack. This is a technical and operational role that requires strategic leadership, cross-functional consultation, data infrastructure, analytics, and quality management. The team will not be responsible for creative development or front-end asset design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience directly managing and leading technical teams, preferably within the marketing technology or marketing operations space
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization and Data Cloud
- Hands-on expertise with Enterprise Tag Management systems (specifically Tealium iQ)
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google CM360, SA360, Meta, etc.)
- Strong comprehension of data layers, server-side vs. client-side tracking, and overall data architecture
