Job Description
Smart Home Security Technician-Level I position responsible for installation, service, repair, maintenance, and upgrades of low voltage security and home automation systems for AAA Smart Home customer base, with a focus on providing a memorable customer experience.
Requirements
- Diagnostic evaluation of system issues and troubleshooting and repairs on low voltage security and home automation systems
- Installation or upgrade of new low voltage security and home automation systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience with hand and power tools
- Some sales experience
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must qualify for applicable licenses / certificates
