Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
- Current Life Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)
- Strong sales skills, consultative selling techniques, prospecting skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to understand customer needs
