Job Description

As a Field Insurance Agent I, you will be responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch. The role involves identifying customer-specific needs, generating new sales, and retaining existing insureds, while meeting or exceeding targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and goals assigned by leadership.
Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
- Current Life Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year(s) of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced computer automated business environment (i.e., financial/banking)
