Job Description
Licensed Customer Service Representative role providing high-level support to the Insurance Agency and members by servicing existing insurance accounts, performing retention calls, and promoting membership and financial products. Competitive hourly wage of $23.00 - $25.50 based on experience.
Requirements
- Current Property & Casualty Insurance license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of Customer Service, Insurance and Membership training within 6 months of hire
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and community events
- Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced customer service environment
