Job Description
The Auto Club Group is seeking a Michigan Personal Injury Protection Claim Specialist to handle complex technical issues and complex claims. The successful candidate will work under minimal supervision with a high-level approval authority to review assigned claims, contact insureds and other affected parties, and initiate documentation in the claim handling system. The role involves negotiating claim settlements, securing and evaluating evidence, and preparing manual and electronic estimates.
