Requirements
- Conducting legal research and investigating issues
- Drafting and preparing legal documents
- Supporting litigation activities and coordinating responses to subpoenas
- Managing daily activities of litigation support vendors and outside counsel
- Maintaining comprehensive litigation and pre-litigation case files and trackers
- Analyzing situations, facts, and issues and drawing accurate conclusions
- Organizing, planning, and prioritizing work
- Researching and preparing written documents, correspondence, memoranda, and pleadings
