Requirements

• 3+ years of shipfitting or marine fabrication experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience with aluminum fabrication and structural fitting processes
• Skilled in layout, measuring, cutting, and fitting
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces, PPE)
• Knowledge of shipyard safety standards and procedures
