Job Description
Machine Operator will set up and operate machine tools to make parts, mechanisms, tools, or machines to exacting tolerances and dimensions. Essential job functions include interpreting blueprints, determining sequence of operations, and using machinist's hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Technical certifications in machine operation, CNC programming, or aerospace manufacturing preferred
- Prior experience as a machine operator in manufacturing, preferably in the aerospace industry, desirable
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
