Manufacturing Engineer

AAA United States is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support the design, development, and implementation of composite aerospace components. The role involves process optimization, technical documentation, tooling design, Lean Manufacturing, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to high-profile projects in aluminum and composite aerospace.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, preferably in aerospace manufacturing with a focus on composite materials.
• Proven experience in process development, tooling design, and manufacturing support for complex assemblies.
• Experience with Airbus manufacturing processes and standards.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials and aerospace manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency in CATIA or other CAD software.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
