AAA Customer Service Representative

AAA, the nation’s largest automobile club, is hiring in Nashville for temp to hire Customer Service Representative positions in the Emergency Roadside Assistance Department. The position involves taking incoming calls from AAA members and requires a high level of customer service. The training schedule is Full-Time, Monday through Friday, and after training, full time afternoon/evening shifts are available, including weekends and holidays.

Requirements

• Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a professional call center environment.
• Ability to multi-task, using a variety of computer software applications.
• Ability to successfully pass a call center assessment.
• Ability to identify geographical locations and proficiency in reading maps.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
