Marketing Manager is responsible for the overall planning, implementing and directing the marketing activities to support the organization and achieve established sales objectives.
Requirements
- Establish and communicate marketing objectives
- Plan, organize, direct and control the marketing team to meet defined objectives
- Recruit and hire marketing team
- Coach, counsel, advise and support the marketing sales team
- Establish training programs for the organization’s sales representatives
- Maintain a self-development program to improve marketing skills, managerial skills, business skills and product knowledge
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy
- Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information and communicate results to company leadership
- Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
- Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities
- Own the development of marketing/promotional/advertising materials and activities
- Support the organization by organizing the marketing of/at: Conferences, Speaking engagements, Brochure, PowerPoint presentations, Messaging, Web, White Papers, Navigators, Women in Utilities, Webinar, RFP assistance, Proposal, Video
