Job Description
Aacres has an opportunity for employment with our Adolescent Program. We provide support to youths with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home environment. We are looking for Part Time and On-Call staff to assist with daily living tasks, facilitate client instruction, and promote positive relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Facilitate Client Instruction
- Assist in Client Household/Yard Maintenance Tasks
- Assist in Client Personal Hygiene
- Facilitate and Assist Clients in Community Based Activities and Resources
- Facilitate and Assist Clients in Health Appointments
- Supervise and Document Client Medications
- Work to Ensure Safety and Security of Clients
- Promote Positive Relationships with Clients
- Report all Suspected Incidents of Abuse/Neglect
- Maintain Client Cash and Program Funds
- Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures
- Maintain Professionalism at all Times
- Respect for Client Confidentiality Issues
- Positive Attitude and Demeanor
- Attend all Required Trainings and Maintain any Required Licenses
