Job Description
We are looking for an experienced freelance Buyer / Contract Manager who can manage purchase files with strong autonomy and strategic insight within the WORKS category.
Requirements
- Purchase & contract management
- Independent management of purchase files: from tender to award
- Evaluating, selecting, negotiating, and contractually recording contractors
- Monitoring contract conditions (quality, planning, safety, budget)
- Strategic & tactical procurement
- Market analysis, category knowledge, and product strategy
- Identifying risks, opportunities, and potential for improvement
- Supplier management & collaboration
- Project & team collaboration
- Leading CFTs
- Preparation of involvement in large projects before tender launch
- Regular on-site presence for project follow-up (site visits)
- Knowledge sharing with international colleagues
