Furnace Operator - 3rd shift

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with machinery, performing daily maintenance and repairs, and operating equipment. They will also follow written specifications, maintain accurate logs, and perform housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean workplace.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of mechanical practices and ideas
• Experience/knowledge in a manufacturing setting and operating equipment is preferred
• Basic understanding of the Heat Treat process, 5S, safety and quality policies and procedures
• Ability to operate a computer
• Basic understanding of how to make a minor mechanical or quality adjustment while operating equipment
