Aalo Atomics is building factory-manufactured microreactors to provide reliable, affordable, and scalable nuclear energy. The VP, Legal will establish and lead Aalo’s legal function, serving as a key advisor to the executive team.

Requirements

• JD and active bar membership
• 10–15+ years of legal experience
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements
• Background in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, EPC/construction, project finance, or government contracting
