Job Description
This position is for FT Engineering and Maintenance positions at Courtyard and Residence Inn. The Maintenance Engineer will perform general maintenance, respond to guest requests, and ensure safety and quality standards. The role involves following work orders and performing preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of previous hotel experience preferred
- Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends
- Basic knowledge of painting, drywall, HVAC, electrical and plumbing
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
- Basic ability to comprehend English
