We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage incoming customer calls, provide general information, solve problems, and keep a record of customer interactions. The ideal candidate should be communicative, responsible, and able to execute multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

• High school graduate/Academic/TEI/IKE
• Excellent knowledge of computer use
• Very good knowledge of English
• Desirable experience in customer support or experience as a customer service representative
• Ability to manage parallel procedures
