Monitor and accurately complete all aircraft paperwork, provide leadership for technicians, and establish work priorities to ensure safety and timely delivery.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- Over 2+ years aviation maintenance experience
- FAA Airframe certification or Repairman's Certificate
- Knowledge of FAA regulations including 14 CFR
- Proven leadership abilities
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Time management skills
- Fluent in English (speech, reading, writing)
- Powerplant license (A&P)
- Valid Driver's License
