Job Description
The Defense Subcontract Manager is responsible for managing the full contract life cycle from cradle to grave, including analyzing and writing proposals, monitoring and ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and negotiating contractual vehicles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
- 8 years related experience and/or training
- Ability to obtain a government CAC and a Secret Security Clearance
- 5-7 years of experience in contracts, government affairs, procurement/purchasing, business development, or similar government/defense business discipline
- Experience with FAR/DFARs requirements
- Prior experience in the Defense industry
- Prior experience as SBLO
- Self-starting team player with multi-tasking ability and strong interpersonal skills
