NDT Inspector performing duties such as inspecting aircraft and components, conducting non-destructive testing, and updating departmental standards. Responsible for ensuring airworthiness and quality control.
Requirements
- General knowledge of other NDT methods, product manufacturing, and inspection technologies
- Level II certification for one or more applicable NDT disciplines
- 3-4 years’ experience in aircraft NDT
- Familiarity with aircraft manufacturers technical documentation
- Ability to read and interpret Ads, S/Bs, SRMs, industry NDT specifications and other work instructions
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements of FAR 145 repair station
- FAA A&P License required
- Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend standard English
