Job Description
AArete is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect to lead the design, solutioning, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across client engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands on Salesforce platform experience, including architecture or lead developer roles, with deep expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs (REST/SOAP), Omni Studio, data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture and best practices
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in healthcare or payer environments
- Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and technical governance
- Demonstrated ability to conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and develop strategic roadmaps
