Salesforce Architect

AArete is a global management and technology consulting firm seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution/Technical Architect to lead the design, solutioning, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across client engagements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands on Salesforce platform experience, including architecture or lead developer roles, with deep expertise in Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, APIs (REST/SOAP), Omni Studio, data modeling, sharing rules, and security architecture and best practices
• Integration patterns (middleware, ETL, event-based, Mulesoft preferred)
• DevOps / CI-CD tools (DevOps Center, Git, Copado, Gearset, etc.)
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in healthcare or payer environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile delivery, and technical governance
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical assessments, gap analyses, and develop strategic roadmaps
• Experience supporting large scale Salesforce implementations or enterprise assessments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non technical stakeholders, including executive leadership
• Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client location
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
