Requirements

4+ years of consulting experience, with progressive responsibility and client-facing delivery
2+ years of experience with the healthcare industry, specifically with payers
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience with healthcare claims analytics and/or network analytics
Advanced proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of SQL
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Proven project and process management skills
Excellent communication and executive presence
Creative, innovative problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
High degree of self-motivation, proactivity, accountability, and the ability to inspire and develop others
Cultural flexibility and adaptability in dynamic, fast-paced consulting environments
Willingness to engage in direct client interaction, including travel to client locations, when required
