Senior Salesforce Developer

AArete is a global management and technology consulting firm that seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of experience to design, build, and optimize scalable Salesforce solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong hands-on expertise
• Expert-level knowledge of Apex (Triggers, Classes, Test Classes, Governor Limits)
• Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Proficiency with Salesforce deployment and CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, or equivalent)
• Strong experience with SOQL, SOSL, and performance optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
