Job Description
AB InBev is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to lead development teams, facilitate agile ceremonies, and advocate for the engineering perspective. The successful candidate will have experience leading development teams, solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, and knowledge of design patterns and development best practices.
Requirements
- University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development
- Previous experience leading development teams
- Solid fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms and problem solving
- Experience with backend (Java) and/or mobile (Android/Kotlin) development
- Experience with RESTful services and micro-services
- Advanced knowledge in design patterns and development best practices
- Knowledge of software testing concepts (testability, regression, unit, integration, stress, test automation)
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Experience with Agile projects and Scrum methodology
