BCBA Clinical Supervisor Hybrid

ABA Squad is dedicated to providing high-quality, ethically driven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. The company is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their team as a Clinical Supervisor. Requirements

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum two years of hands-on ABA experience, including conducting ABLLS and/or VB-MAPP assessments and writing behavior intervention plans
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with completed or in-progress supervisor training (8-hour requirement)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, staff, and professionals
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIP)
• Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment
• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and conflict-resolution skills in a fast-paced setting
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance (travel may be required)
