Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS)

ABA Support Services is dedicated to supporting, empowering, and strengthening the lives of children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. They utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to promote positive behavioral outcomes through observation, data collection, and functional analysis. This role focuses on direct clinical activities and staff training, working with children/adolescents in the Harrisburg area.

Requirements

• Current LBS Certification
• Previous experience working in a reputable clinic, home, or school program is highly desirable
• A minimum of 1 year of clinical/home/school experience providing direct services to children with Autism, training parents, and supervising staff in the implementation of intervention protocols
• Knowledge of insurance-third party funding systems or willingness to learn
• Extremely knowledgeable of early learning curriculum and the application of behavioral principles to increase a wide range of functional repertoires
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
