Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our team on a 6-month contractual basis.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or 0-1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, manage workload effectively, and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
