Job Description
Seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team, requiring English fluency to coordinate with internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- Collaborate with sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients
- Assist in preparation of technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses
- Provide technical support during sales process to address client queries and concerns
- Design and architect solutions for API management and integrations
- Develop and implement API proxies, policies, and configurations
- Engage with clients to gather technical requirements and provide tailored solutions
- Present complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to diverse audiences
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of solutions
