Abacus Insights is seeking an experienced Business Solution Manager with deep operational and business analysis experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) operations and datasets to join our Client Solutions team. The role will lead requirements gathering, analysis, and solution definition to support payor clients across a range of PBM use cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- 5+ years of experience working with healthcare administration software
- Demonstrated experience in requirements gathering and documentation
- Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to build and manage effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
- Ability to multitask and adapt positively to shifting priorities
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address emerging issues
- Experience contributing to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
