Product Owner, AI Solutions

We are seeking a Product Owner to join our AI Solutions team, responsible for translating strategic direction into actionable product increments, working closely with engineering teams in India, Nepal, and the US to deliver measurable value to healthcare payers. The role involves creating and maintaining a structured product backlog, breaking down high-level product objectives into actionable user stories, and driving sprint planning, coordination, and acceptance testing. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a data-driven environment, preferably supporting AI, data platforms, or healthcare products, with experience working with distributed engineering teams and familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a data-driven environment
• Experience working with distributed engineering teams
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, clinical, or payer workflows) and AI/ML technologies
