Job Description

They are seeking a Senior Data Solutions Engineer to lead a team, drive data product development, and mentor internal engineers. The role involves collaborating with various teams to deliver impactful data solutions and driving the evolution of Abacus’s platform.
Requirements
- Lead, direct, drive, and participate in the day-to-day operations of a team of software and UI/UX engineers.
- Coaching, mentoring, and managing talent in an agile environment.
- Driving the deployment of state-of-the-art data products and user experiences.
- Working closely with AI engineers, data engineers, and product teams.
- Skillful at driving critical projects (e.g., Data products engineering and Innovation, Development Productivity and Benchmarking).
