2+ years of experience in fine dining restaurants, ability to mentor junior chefs, confident with health and safety

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, experience in 4/5* hotels, quality restaurants, or private members clubs, right to work in the UK

Proven experience in quality clubs or hotels, experience in restaurants and banqueting, and a flexible attitude required

Previous experience in hotels or restaurants, bakery and pastry background, and ability to work in an open kitchen environment required

1+ years of experience in quality restaurants, preferably French/European cuisine, required

Senior Chef de Partie experience, restaurants and banqueting experience, and being passionate, enthusiastic, and flexible

Previous experience in hotels or restaurants, training in European cuisine, and a good attitude

Proven experience, European/British cuisine expertise, and a keen eye for detail required

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, passionate and enthusiastic, flexible with working additional hours
