Requirements

• Relevant Certificate in Food Hygiene or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Demonstrable experience of cooking varied, healthy and safe meals for large groups
• Ability to communicate and interact well with people and work productively as part of a team
• Ability to read and write to a good standard
• Methodical and highly organised with good stock rotation and control skills
