IT Director – Legal, OEC, Privacy, M&A

The IT Director – Legal, OEC, Privacy, M&A will lead the Corporate Functions IT team, supporting Legal, OEC & Privacy and M&A, with multiple large client areas and deployed Enterprise technologies across multiple divisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent relevant experience
• A minimum of 12 years IT experience in large or mid-size multinational healthcare organization
• Broad IT expertise in various disciplines; systems development, infrastructure etc.
• Strong influence and negotiating skills
• Experience leading teams - both with direct staff and indirect project teams
