Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related engineering field
- Minimum 10 years of related experience in electrical / electronic engineering or related engineering field
- Experience with component level product design and or failure analysis
- Experience with medical device or IVD design controls per FDA, or regulated industry
- Experience with products produced at high volumes
- Demonstrated technical proficiency, creativity, and independent thought
- Knowledge of electrical component failure modes
- Ability to conduct thorough data analytics
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide guidance to junior team members
