Senior Technical Project Manager

We're seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to drive strategic cross-functional initiatives and lead technical programs in our Lingo Division. As a Senior TPM, you'll be embedded with engineering and product teams, acting as the connective tissue across functions to ensure the timely delivery of high-impact projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, or equivalent in a fast-paced software environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a technical field or equivalent work experience
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and hands-on experience working in organizations using the Spotify model or similar Agile-at-scale frameworks
• Technical fluency: understand architecture diagrams, APIs, system flows, data pipelines, and modern software development practices
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
• Proven track record of risk identification, proactive mitigation, and stakeholder alignment
• Comfortable operating across distributed teams in high-ambiguity environments
