Requirements
- Demonstrate ABC’s Core Values with our Guests and Team Members every day.
- Participate in Team Member performance management by providing timely feedback, coaching, encouragement, and documenting as necessary.
- Ensure the standards of service are met by greeting and providing excellent service to all Guests.
- Drive store performance metrics such as average transaction, Sourced & Certified sales %, and overall business growth.
- Manage mental demands and resolve conflict effectively.
- Oversee general operations of inventory control, replenishment, and merchandising guidelines.
- Stay current on required training, company policies, and product knowledge to ensure compliance and provide an informed, high-quality Guest experience.
- Maintain accountability in learning ABC Fine Wine & Spirits’ products and sharing knowledge with all Guests and Team Members.
- Responsible for following and enforcing all operational compliance policy to ensure safety.
- Perform all typical management tasks/responsibilities including, but not limited to, opening/closing the store, cash control reconciliation, delegating tasks and assignments, assisting with the hiring and training of staff, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
