Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in building a career in HR or People Operations
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Completion of sophomore year (or equivalent) preferred
