Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing or delivery role (e.g. SaaS implementation, onboarding, customer success, or data migration)
- Experience working with data using spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and structured formats (CSV)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work through data-related challenges
- Clear and professional communication skills when working with clients and internal stakeholders
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- High attention to detail when working with customer data
- Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
- Experience with payment platforms such as Stripe
- Exposure to data migration or system implementations
- Basic knowledge of SQL or scripting
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or high-growth environments
